Balance 101 Class

Every Wednesday  from 11:10 am to 11:50 am

Saltair Community Centre Hall

$20 for drop-in or $160 for a 10 pack

Here you will practice  fundamentals of balance to help you reduce your risk of falls, improve your posture, balance, strength, endurance and confidence.

Pre-requisite: Assessment through the Falls Prevention Program at the Ladysmith Community Health Centre (250-739-5777 Ext 54857) and have attended the Boost Your Balance Class (all free to you).

Welcome to Just for Kids After School Care at Saltair Community Centre

Open and accepting registrations.
We are able to accommodate after school care needs for ages 5-12yrs(grades K-7) from Chemainus Elementary, Ladysmith Primary and Ladysmith Intermediate Schools.

We are open Pro D Days, early dismissal days, and other school closure holidays.
We accept ACCB(subsidy) and CCFRI is applied to every child in care.
Students will need to be school bus registered and bus drop offs are at our site location making a safe and easy transition for children from school to our care
Our goal is to protect the health, safety and dignity of every child in our care! If you or anyone you know of are looking for a safe, fun, caring, inclusive environment for children to learn and grow in, please consider Just for Kids.
